The owner must submit a written request in two points to the following address: Avenida Antea number 1088, Floor 3, Jurica neighborhood, 76100, Santiago de Queretaro, Querétaro, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday Friday, in accordance with Article 29 of the LFDPP or by sending an email to the address privacy@progredihcc.com . 2. With the application you must submit an original and a copy of the following documentation:  Official identification that proves the identity of the owner, such as a voter registration card (IFE / INE) or passport.  In case of being a legal representative, official identification and a certified copy of the power of attorney granted before a Notary Public.  Proof of address bearing the owner’s name.  Telephone receipt to which the owner has been contacted, as the case may be. 3. In order to protect your confidentiality, Progredi Human Capital Consulting will send the response to your request in writing to the address or email address you have provided in your application, within the next 20 (twenty) calendar days.

5.- Control and Security of Personal Information.

Progredi Human Capital Consulting undertakes to observe the necessary measures to protect the information collected, using security technologies and control procedures in the access, use or disclosure of your personal information without authorization, for example, storing the personal information provided in servers located in Data Centers that have limited access controls.
